Meet Dr. David Potter of Masonic Cancer Center, a faculty member from Binaytara Foundation's officially licensed Best of ASCO 2023 in Minneapolis, Minnesota!
Dr. David Potter presented updates from the ASCO annual meeting in June 2023 at Binaytara Foundation's Best of ASCO meeting in Minneapolis, MN, from August 12 - 13, 2023. He is a hematologist and oncologist specializing in breast cancer research.
Currently, Dr. Potter is a professor of medicine in the division of hematology, oncology, and transplantation at the University of Minnesota. At U of M, he mainly practices at the Breast Center and Masonic Cancer Clinic, where Dr. Potter prioritizes patient-centered care.
At the Best of ASCO conference in Minneapolis, MN, Dr. David Potter participated as a speaker during the Breast Cancer session on Day 2. His presentation was centered around Metastatic Breast Cancer (Stage IV) and Hormone-Receptor Positive (HR+) Breast Cancer.
BTF Assistant Communication Coordinator Taylor Sageman sat down with Dr. David Potter for a brief interview in which they discussed his time at the Best of ASCO conference. In the interview, Dr. Potter highlighted the significance of conferences that disseminate news from major National meetings.
